Funny Belated Birthday Poems

We all forget birthdays sometimes. Share one of these funny belated birthday poems when you do forget.

belated birthday poems, birthday poems

I shared the birthday poem below with a friend who lives in Vancouver. I emailed it to her, and she couldn’t stop laughing.

Belated Irony

Yesterday? Tomorrow?
I didn’t forget.
When is your birthday?
It can’t be today.

During winters heat,
Summers frost.
When is your birthday?
It can’t be today.

Aging younger,
Adult to child.
When is your birthday?
It can’t be today.

From cradle to womb,
Eyes smile, touch sweet.
When is your birthday?
It must be today.

Don't be so hard on yourself. With our busy lifestyles, we forget sometimes.

Belated

A birthday belated,
I know you have waited.
Has it been another year?
My apologies are sincere.

When I realized I forgot,
My old stomach formed a knot.
Our adventures came to mind,
And your deeds that are so kind.

Hope you had the greatest time,
Entertained by a funny mime.
A belated birthday wish,
With the most delicious dish.

I will be honest, and admit that I usually email friends and family the above birthday poem whenever I forget their birthday.
